Here is my submission for Step 7 of the IAMAG Challenge: The Schism.

The challenge theme focuses on internal division—how an existential threat (Step 6) causes an ideological fracture within the world.
I chose to visualize this schism with a powerful image where you can see the machine I designed (the Subducta) actively destroying the organic technology used on the planet for centuries.
This is the Pragmatic faction's drastic solution: sacrificing the organic technology force of the planet to purge the infection and save the network's core function.
