The Corridor - IAMAG Challenge - Step 6 – THE OPPOSITION
The network is threatened by a silent, internal enemy known as Xerophage. This biological contagion targets the organic conduits within the stations, breaking them and interfering with the essential quantum entanglement link.
Being a Station that uses mainly organic components, viruses and diseases are one of the worst possible enemies....But, this unknown enemy is different...
What form does this opposition take?
The Xerophage is a specialized pathogen that infects and breaks down the living components used to maintain the quantum entanglement.
Why does it threaten what the keepers protect?
The contagion corrupts the vital organic conduits of the station, severing the entanglement link and guaranteeing the permanent isolation of all vessels.
How does it challenge the network you've established?
It introduces biological entropy into the system, causing massive signal drift and incoherence, turning precise tracking into unreliable static. But...this virus is like no other encountered before
